Returns and exchange policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Eligibility for returns may vary depending on the product category and ongoing promotions.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the customer provides the required refund details.

Any issues related to defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Products purchased during special promotional sales, including offers such as Buy One Get One (BOGO) or free product deals, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. 

In cases of excessive or repeated returns, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

6. 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, innerwear, and similar personal-use products.
